Jason Weiland is a finance professional with over 20 years’ experience driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Known for his visionary oversight and hands-on leadership, he excels in cash flow optimization, M&A execution, and tax strategy. A trusted partner to executive teams, boards, and stakeholders, Jason brings analytical insight, strategic vision, and a strong commitment to developing high-performing teams—enabling organizations to scale, adapt, and thrive in dynamic business environments.

A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business Administration focused in Finance, Accounting, and Economics, Jason has continually refined his expertise through ongoing education, executive training, and leadership development.

Jason is married with three children and celebrated his 27th wedding anniversary August 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—biking, golfing, skiing, or relaxing near the water.
